Quality policy

THE COMPANY GR. DINGA SONS recognizing that the object of its activity includes the critical and sensitive sector of health, has allocated the all necessary resources for the unhindered application of Management Quality System according to international model ISO 9001:2000 and Ministerial Decision [E]3/833.

The mission of operation of the Management Quality System constitutes the concretisation and control of fundamental aims of Company that is recommended:

• in the import, export and sale of hospital, chemical, and parapharmaceutical products of high quality and effectiveness and suitable for use according to the needs of being in effect legislation,
• in the direct response of the requirements of the customers and in the observation of the engagements to the customers,
• in the permanent improvement in the all spectrum of her activities.

In the frame this each worker in our company is encouraged to locate the points for improvement and to submit any his proposals, while at the same time the fair criticism of collaborators and our customers, that concern the quality of products and our services is not only welcome but also desirable.
